How often would you wear them?
Wear a Sweatz Vest every time you train no matter what kind of training or sport you are doing. Try them at an exercise class at the local gym, it’s the ideal place to try them out. If you play sport such as tennis, rugby, football, cricket, athletics, rowing, jogging, hockey or netball, then wear a Sweatz Weight Loss Vest as you play and you’ll see the results and why its the best way to lose weight.
If you don’t do any of the above, try wearing a Sweatz Vest while doing light exercise like walking or a light jog – 10 minutes to start with and then build it up slow. Go jogging or walking 3-4 times per week and add 5-10 minutes extra each week. You’ll get far better results jogging but if your health won’t allow this then just try a fast paced walk. Continue doing this for 6 weeks then have a week off, then repeat this.
