Weight Loss Programme

Here you can see how to set up a success full weight loss programme and stick to it.

A good weight loss programme needs to contain these things:-

A calorie controlled diet, a fitness programme, a fitness training programme and a 6 week fitness programme and the use of the Sweatz Weight Loss Vest when exercising.

Fitness is key to weight loss and an overall healthier you.

I would always advise that you exercise 5 times per week and have 2 days off.

Vary the exercises you do so that your body and your mind doesn’t get bored and used the to same routine. Otherwise they will stop working as well. Try and do something different each session.

For example:-

Monday – Circuit training

Tuesday – Long Speed Walk

Wednesday – Outdoor cycling

Thursday – Aerobic Gym Session

Friday – Weight Training (a few sets on every body part)

 

Try and make each session last around 45mins.

Wednesday – Spinning Class

Thursday – Running machine & Rowing machine

Friday – Weight Training (a few sets on every body part)

 

Eat 2200kcals per day

Week 3:-

Monday – Cross Trainer – Always remember to burn twice the fat by wearing a Sweatz Weight Loss Vest underneath your training clothing for every exercise session.

Tuesday – Long Speed Walk

Wednesday – Boxercise Class

Thursday – Weight Training (upper body)

Friday – Weight Training (lower body)

 

Eat 2000kcals per day

Week 4:-

Monday – Weight training (upper body) – Always remember to burn twice the fat by wearing a Sweatz Weight Loss Vest underneath your training clothing for every exercise session.

Tuesday – 2-3 mile road jog

Wednesday – 45min ab exercises

Thursday – Gym exercise bike 45mins

Friday – Weight Training (lower body)

 

Eat 1800kcals per day

Week 5:-

Monday – 4 Mile jog – Always remember to burn twice the fat by wearing a Sweatz Weight Loss Vest underneath your training clothing for every exercise session.

Tuesday – Long Speed Walk

Wednesday – 1 mile jog (fast)

Thursday – Long Speed Walk

Friday – 4 Mile jog

 

Eat 1800kcals per day – cut out all diary, fruit and pop etc

Monday – Weight training (upper body) – Always remember to burn twice the fat by wearing a Sweatz Weight Loss Vest underneath your training clothing for every exercise session.

Tuesday – Weight training (lower body)

Wednesday – Weight training (upper body)

Thursday – Weight training (lower body)

Friday – 2 hour steady paced walk

 

Eat 1800kcals per day – 6 protein shakes with ½ glass of porridge oats mixed in per meal

Each week we’ve changed the exercises round and eaten less so that your body won’t react to the less food intake by storing it. It’s enabled us to decrease your food intake and adjust far easier.

It’s only the last week when you really hit the diet hard before your weigh in. That way you won’t go insane and give up.

If you set a 6 week goal which could be a holiday, wedding or simply losing weight for the summer then this will help keep you focused. 

 

Summary

The golden rule to make sure this works is always wear a Sweatz Weight Loss Vest each time you exercise.

This will be the difference in losing maybe ½ a stone without it to 2-3 stone wearing one.
