Section 1 - What do I need to do?

This section is split into 2 areas exercise and what you need to eat. But before we can go there we need to understand what actually makes you put weight on and then understand why/what makes you lose weight.

You put weight on simply when you use up less energy than you put into your body through food and drink consumption etc

You lose weight when you use more energy than you put into your body through food and drink.

It’s that simple! but it’s how we can achieve this that’s the most important factor.

You also cannot eat too little as your body will crave the foods its missing and you’ll go crazy and put it all back on and anything you starve your body from it holds onto. So that is definitely not the way, no crash dieting.
