.20rep sit ups with a twist to touch your left toe then right toe at the top x 5 sets

.20rep straight leg raises, twisting at the top x 5 sets

.40rep crunches, knees bent x 5 sets

.3 x 15reps slight pause between each set sitting on ball and crunching (finish each set with alternate knee to chest 10 reps while in same sat position) x 5 sets

.25 reps v’s with kettlebell or barbell (lay outstretched arms fully outstretched above your head holding your kettlebell or weight etc at the same time do a leg raise whilst pulling your arms over your head and touch your weight with your toes, that is one rep) x 5 sets

20 reps each side (stand upright with a 10-20kg weight in one hand, drop this hand to your ankle and then straighten back up, this is one rep) x 5 sets
